Every organization on the move needs an alert intellect and a steadying hand guiding its in-house traffic day-to-day. Carla Minami brings those skills, developed during her years as a teacher and a leader of a disparate group of colleagues. She understands intuitively that organization, planning, communication and flexibility are key to building successful collaborative relationships. Having been repeatedly elected to serve as a representative of the employees, Carla gained experience in negotiation, strategy, tactics, and conflict resolution. She is especially adept at recognizing the needs and concerns of other professionals and working creatively to address them.
A summa cum laude graduate of Hunter College and a Fulbright scholar, Carla's collaborative style and sense of the absurd suit her role as our indispensable Facilitator.
